*New signs ups: £1,000 cashback valid on new Elliot Leigh Guaranteed Rent leases signed between 15th September 2023 - 31st March 2024. Offer applicable on brand new contracts with a minimum 3 year lease agreement. Offer excludes contract renewals. Payment will be made once a tenant moves into the property.

**Referrals: £500 cashback will be awarded to any landlord who refers a friend/family member to the Elliot Leigh Guaranteed Rent scheme between 15th September - 31st March 2024, providing the referee signs a minimum 2 year lease agreement between these dates. The referrer must be a current or previous landlord of Elliot Leigh. Elliot Leigh must be notified of the referral prior to the referee signing a lease agreement in order for the offer to be valid. Payment will be made once a tenant moves into the referee’s property.
