On Wednesday 27th October, our team here at Elliot Leigh, exhibited for the first time at the National Landlord Investment Show at the Hilton Double Tree Hotel Elstree.
Celebrating 20 years of business this year, it was a great way to share our expertise with landlords all over the UK, learning about their needs and giving them first hand solutions with the service our Guaranteed Rent scheme provides.
Another first - one of our directors Leigh Young sat on a panel named 'are small landlords going to disappear? How to thrive and survive', hosted by Paul Shamplina, Founder of Landlord Action and also featuring Sean Hughes of Comprehensive Tax Planning, Rachel Maria Knight, TitleSplit.com, & Nigel Lewis, editor or Landlord Zone. During the panel session, Leigh was able to give a full room of landlords more insight into our Guaranteed Rent scheme, plus provide his thoughts and expertise on the current market during a Q&A.
The National Landlord Investment Show connects thousands of property professionals throughout the UK, and is ideal for anyone with an interest in buy-to-let of the private rented sector.
