Who we are

Welcome to Elliot Leigh TLC

Elliot Leigh TLC was founded in June 2016, following the success of Elliot Leigh Guaranteed Rents, which has been helping landlords, tenants and local authorities for 20 years.

Now working with more than 50 local authorities throughout London and Southeast, the TLC division was founded to provide semi-independent housing and support for children and young people aged 16 to 25

Our Purpose

Our main purpose is to engage with young people, promote their rights and entitlements, and reflect what they've communicated as important to them. This means we prioritise their voice, ensuring it guides our approach to make sure:

Elliot Leigh TLC is dedicated to empowering young individuals aged 16 to 25, including care leavers and young parents, by providing safe, supportive, and self-contained or semi-independent accommodation.

More than just a room

Our Services

Our team have extensive knowledge and experience of supporting young people in any aspect of life. We are proud to be able to support each individual to overcome challenges they may be facing, outside of just needing somewhere to stay.

16 - 17 Services

The aim of our supported accommodation is to support to develop their independence in preparation for adult living while keeping them safe in a homely and nurturing environment.

18 - 25 Services

Our 18+ accommodation adapts to the growing needs of a young adult. We use a strength-based approach which looks at what skills and assets a young person has and how we can best support them.

Parent & Baby Services

We provide emotional support making sure young parent are in good mental health to have the capacity to effectively care for their children.

Meet The Team

Our team possess a wide range of key skills and experience which is key to success within this industry. Every ELTLC team member understands the needs of young individuals and always aims to help them overcome the challenges they may be facing. To ensure this we provide extensive training to all team members and have clear channels of communication open to assist in any way we can.
