We help people sell, buy and finance their properties. We have expert mortgage advisors to assist with affordability, budgeting and securing property based finance. In addition we have professional sales agents who are able to offer standard flat percentages for selling your property as most agents do, but also give you the choice of a performance-based fee. The more we earn you on your sale, the more we charge (and vice-versa!).

Land and Development

Our land and development services include housing consultancy, land development management, affordable housing viability, building surveying, development, leasing, project management, property & asset management, strategic land and valuations. 

Rental and Portfolio Management

We understand the most important requirements for a landlord when letting a property. We have over 50 years combined experience managing properties for portfolio and individual landlords. We even provide a guaranteed rent service with leases from 2-5 years.

As well as standard fee structures, we also offer you the choice of a performance-based fee. The more we earn on your sale, the more we charge (and vice-versa!). We have found this is a great way to further incentivise our sales staff whilst ensuring you get the best possible price.
