The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) supports landlords across England and Wales with advice, guidance, training and a range of trusted supplier services. Becoming a Recognised Supplier gives us the opportunity to introduce more landlords to a model we have been delivering for over 20 years.
Giving landlords more choice in a changing market
The private rented sector has undergone significant change in recent years, from increasing compliance requirements to major reforms to the way tenancies are managed.
For landlords, that makes understanding the different options available for their properties increasingly important.
At Elliot Leigh, we provide an alternative to traditional private letting through our Guaranteed Rent model.
Rather than letting directly to an individual tenant, landlords lease their property to Elliot Leigh for an agreed period, typically between two and five years. Elliot Leigh becomes the landlord’s tenant, providing a guaranteed monthly rental income while taking responsibility for the ongoing management of the property.
That means landlords benefit from greater certainty over their rental income, without having to manage the day-to-day demands of a traditional tenancy.
Today, Elliot Leigh manages more than 2,000 properties and works with over 50 local authority and housing partners, providing homes to households across London and the South East.
Exclusive benefits for NRLA members
As an NRLA Recognised Supplier, we’re also offering NRLA members an exclusive benefit when placing an eligible property with Elliot Leigh.
Where required, members can receive a free Gas Safety Inspection, Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when their property is taken onto our Guaranteed Rent scheme.
