Marketing Manager (Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover)
Elliot Leigh is an established Property Management company, based in East London. 2023 saw the company celebrate its 20th year of business and there are still huge plans to grow. Currently split into 2 divisions – A Guaranteed Rent scheme for Landlords and Supported Living for Young People, each division has its own personality and requires a different approach to marketing due to their different target markets.
The past two years has seen a serious business growth, including the move from using a marketing agency, to growing an in-house marketing team.
In order to maintain this growth, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for a fixed term maternity cover, of an initial 9 months. You will play a vital role in developing and executing the 2025 marketing strategy created by the Marketing Director.
Alongside managing a Marketing Executive, you will be working closely with the Sales teams and Directors to ensure we maintain lead conversion and continue to enhance our digital growth.
The role:

Supporting with the management and continual improvement of performance across our digital channels. This includes but is not limited to SEO, CRM, PPC, Paid Social and management of our websites.

Responsible for content strategy including the launch of a brand new series of podcasts and webinars.

Implementation of the SEO strategy, including but not limited to, outreach, link building, content creation and optimisation.

Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support revenue and strategic goals.

Responsible for the implementation of a new email marketing system, overseeing all email marketing, from automation to monthly newsletters.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of website content & features.

Monitor performance and identify optimisation opportunities across our Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn campaigns, with the objective of delivering leads at an efficient cost.

Working with an external agency to produce Google and Bing campaigns relevant to the industry plus supporting campaigns.

Supporting with performance reporting, using various tools including Google Analytics to track key performance metrics throughout campaigns.

Plan and lead events, from trade exhibitions to company led events.

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and completing regular competitor analysis
About you:

3-5 years of experience in working across digital marketing channels

Experience managing a team, plus internal & external stakeholders.

Confident and articulate communicator. Able to work cross-functionally with broader teams and senior internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics to quickly identify trends, manipulate reports and suggest changes based on data.

Excellent relationship building skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

A can-do attitude, detail-orientated, efficient, and organised.

Excellent problem solving and time management skills.

Experience managing a website CMS (preferably Wix).

Experience working with agency partners is desirable.

Experience working with Salesforce desirable.
Contract: Fixed term, temporary
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Salary: £55,000
Contract length: 9 months
