What is Guaranteed Rent?

Guaranteed Rent is a scheme designed to offer landlords financial peace of mind by ensuring they receive monthly rent that is guaranteed, even if the property is vacant.

We lease your property from you for a period of time and then rent the property to other tenants on your behalf, taking full control of the property management.

At Elliot Leigh, we offer a hassle-free seamless service, that maximises your investment and minimises the day-to-day problems with managing properties and tenants.

Rent upfront

When you sign up, you'll have the option of getting 3 month's worth of rent paid in advance.

No Loss From Voids

The rent is guaranteed even when the property is empty and the service provided can be tailor-made to suit your needs, including the length of the contract.

No furniture needed

We only require a fridge freezer and a cooker - no other furniture is needed.

Dedicated Contact

You will be allocated a property manager and a property inspector who will be solely responsible for looking after you and your property.

24/7 Maintenance

We operate a 24/7 maintenance service to ensure our properties are well maintained.

Free refurbishments

During the contract we will complete free minor repairs & refresh the property each time a tenant moves out to ensure it’s ready for a new tenant to move into.

Terms and conditions

  • Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, including landlords and non landlords.

  • Rules: Entrants must follow Elliot Leigh on at least one social media platform and must share and like the competition post on at least one social media platform.

  • Entry: Entrants must do the above by 31st October 2024.

  • Winner: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via direct message on social media.

  • Prize: The winner will receive a £250 Amazon gift card.

  • No Cash Alternative: There is no cash alternative to the prize.
