We have a number of in house specialist contractors such as gas safe engineers and electrician’s to minimise a landlords cost as well as numerous multi trade operatives, painters and cleaners who are all qualified and experienced in their relevant field. In addition we have been awarded IS9001:2015 / IS0 14001:2015 and are members of the Property Redress Scheme, ensuring that our service is regarded as excellent and continues to improve.

When you begin your contract with us, you'll get 3 months rent paid in advance.

We only require a fridge freezer and a cooker - no other furniture is needed.
