Support Worker for 16-17 Year Olds
Working in our 24/7 Residential Provision Team, you will be responsible for supporting young people aged 16-17, teaching essential life skills, conducting resident inductions, maintaining case records, and liaising with social workers to ensure safeguarding.
Support Worker for 18-25 Year Olds
We are seeking a reliable Support Worker to help young adults aged 18–25 transition out of care. You will teach independent living skills, assist with education/employment goals, maintain case records, and liaise with leaving care teams.
