For over 20 years, Elliot Leigh Housing Solutions has been bringing together landlords, local authorities and housing partners to provide safe, secure and professionally managed housing across the UK.

Through our Guaranteed Rent division, we work with private landlords to deliver long term housing solutions while helping local authorities meet growing demand for high quality accommodation. Alongside this, Elliot Leigh Supported Living (formerly Elliot Leigh TLC) provides accommodation and tailored support for young people aged 16–25, helping them develop the skills and confidence to live independently.

Today, we manage more than 2,000 properties and work with over 50 local authorities and housing associations. From temporary accommodation and supported living to property management and housing support services, our focus remains the same: creating positive housing outcomes for landlords, communities and the people who call our properties home.
