1. LET US KNOW YOUR REQUIEMENTS
Call us, email us or come to our office so we can match you to a property with your specific requirements. You can also register your interest in a particular property you have seen.
2. PROPERTY VIEWINGS
We will always accompany prospective tenants on property viewings, doing this ensures that we can answer any questions you may have.
3. MAKING AN OFFER
Should you like a property you can make us an offer which we will put forward to the landlord.
4. Offer Agreed
Once the offer has been agreed we will write to both tenant and landlord confirming the agreed rent, terms and specific conditions. We will take a holding deposit from the tenant at this stage.
As soon as the offer is agreed we will commence referencing through Homelet.
6. TENANT MOVING IN
Once the tenant has passed the reference criteria they can move in. When they move in we will take the rent in advance and the security deposit. The tenants will then sign the AST and section 21 as well as other move in documentation.
7. POST MOVE IN
The security deposit will be placed in DPS by either ElliotLeigh or the landlord.
